What Twice does

Your records, gathered

Upload PDFs, photos of paper records, faxes and the disc the imaging center gave you, alongside the records Triangle requests. Twice shows what may be missing, such as a scan report from another hospital, and helps you request it.

The story so far, in plain language

Visit notes, test results and reports come together in a single, up-to-date history, summarized in plain language. Labs turn into structured results you can follow, and your medications are listed from your records.

Your questions, written down

Use the chat to turn worries into specific questions for the specialist. It works from your own records, and its answers go through a second review against the evidence.

Ready to share with the specialist

Share your profile with the new specialist if you choose, and decide who else can see it. You can also open your summary and questions on your phone during the appointment.

What makes Twice different

The whole story in one file

A patient portal such as MyChart belongs to the health system that runs it, so the scan, the pathology and the first surgeon’s notes may sit behind different logins. Twice gathers what every hospital and clinic sent into one file.

Kept up to date as reports arrive

A binder of printouts holds whatever you remembered to collect. Twice keeps adding records as they arrive and marks the reports that may still be missing.

Answers drawn from your file

Without your records in front of it, ChatGPT, Claude or Grok can describe your condition, but not your case. Twice’s chat starts from your own notes and reports.

More help if it’s cancer

For a cancer diagnosis, Triangle adds an advanced cancer guide and research on emerging treatments and clinical trials. Tumor sequencing reports get analyzed next to the rest of the file.

Who uses Twice

The team behind Twice

Twice is a Triangle service, and the company behind it, Triangle Health, Inc., works from Pasadena, California. Arun Verma's own brain tumor, found in 2023, is why he started Triangle; Justin Balthrop and Jonathan Grubb joined him as co-founders, and Arun serves as CEO; Dr. Santosh Kesari, a neuro-oncologist, has advised it on medicine since day one. The research Arun worked through by hand is now a service anyone can use, and Twice applies it before a second opinion, when a new specialist needs the whole story.

About Triangle

How Twice works

  1. Open the file

Open the file by starting the 7-day free trial, then say whether it’s for you or someone you look after.

  2. Verify and consent

An identity and address check comes next, then who can see the file, your signatures on the consents and a first visit with a clinician.

  3. Requests go out to the networks

Triangle puts in requests for your records across the national networks, and you add the imaging disc, consult letters and anything else you hold.

  4. Arrive prepared

Go through your health topics and medications, write your questions in the chat, share with family or the specialist, and connect your AI assistant if you use one. Before or after the appointment, Triangle can be reached at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions

Who makes Twice, and what does it prepare?

Twice prepares one file of your records, history and questions before a second opinion. Triangle makes Twice, and your file sits in your Triangle account.

What does Twice cost?

Starting the 7-day free trial takes a card. Twice is $9 a month afterward, and you can stop at any time, even once the appointment is behind you.

Does Twice diagnose or treat anything?

No. Twice organizes and explains your records as research and educational support; Triangle never diagnoses, treats or prescribes. The decisions belong to you and the clinicians you see.

Can I bring my Twice file into ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?

Yes. Point your assistant at Triangle’s MCP address, https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, and choose what it can see in your file. Each assistant’s setup is explained at trianglehealth.com/agents.

Is my file safe?

Triangle, which is HIPAA compliant, encrypts your second-opinion file in transit and at rest. Selling your data or sharing it for advertising is off the table, and only the people you pick, such as the new specialist, can open your file.

Does Twice give the second opinion?

No. Twice prepares you for one; the opinion comes from the specialist you choose. It won’t tell you which doctor is right.

How do I get my records to the new doctor?

Share your profile with them, and you control who can see it. You can also pull up your summary and questions on your phone in the room.

My appointment is soon. How long does it take?

That depends on the hospitals and clinics involved. Records come in as they arrive and your history updates with them, so upload what you already have to start the file today.
